Project Development
Our work begins pre-shovel in the ground, ensuring a solid and financeable project and business plan. These services include:
- Site selection, using GPP’s site evaluation scoring metrics.
- Economic incentive negotiations with state and local governments and occasionally, federal government.
- Structuring and raising the entire capital structure alongside of GPP’s own capital.
- Coordinating the environmental permit application process.
- Negotiating and structuring energy and rail agreements.
- Negotiating and structuring technology supply and construction contracts, with it noted that turnkey EPC construction contracts are not used.
- Designing raw material supply and product offtake agreements, including toll processing and closed loop conversion agreements.
